First Luton Sea Scouts 110th birthday

Date: 9th Jun 2019 Author: Gerald Law

Fantastic day at First Luton Sea Scouts today, helping them celebrate their 110th birthday .

Many previous leaders were present to see how it is done today. They commented on how many things had changed and also the things that have been the same for 20,30 even 40 years.

It was great to see so many parents and siblings getting involved on the water.
A special presentation was made to paddy Highins, Terry Jones, Cherry O Sullivan and Ian Jeffery to thank them for their long association with the group way over 120 years between them. They all received an engraved decanter for their continuing efforts.

All in all a great day. Happy Birthday First Luton.
